I am currently looking at aquiring my MCSE certification.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I helped a man with an issue he had no clue of how to resolve. He could not get to the internet but he expressed that it worked a couple of days ago. I performed some diagnostic troubleshooting and determined that it was a failed DSL Modem. I took the time to call AT&T for modem prices and ID and password information. The customer decided that their modem was too costly. I went to CompUSA for him, purchased the modem and installed it. He was very appreciative and gave me a tip for my time.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I am a basketball coach and I have 5 children, all of whom are 18 and up. I shock a lot of people when they see me and can't believe I have 5 almost adult kids. I just say it's a blessing.
