About
I have been weight lifting since I was 12 years of age. I was a Division I athlete. I have worked in the corporate gym, private gym and done in-home training. I also have a degree in Nutritional Sciences as well as a Fitness Nutritional Specialist certification from NASM. These qualities not only shape the trainer I am today, but give me a "leg up" on other trainers because I also have a nutrition background. Recent studies show that when trying to lose weight, the individual's nutritional habits contribute up to 80% of their success or failure. Nutrition and fitness go hand in hand. I also have minors in psychology and sociology helping me be able to understand how to motivate you as a unique individual. I love the challenge of figuring out how to motivate an individual to achieve his or her specific, individual goals. It helps keep me fresh and motivated myself. Each client I have is unique in their own ways. Whether they are a high school student who is wanting to play their sport in college to a weight lose client who has just had a baby to a client who is trying to improve their golf game, I love the diversity of my job!

Lauren has been wonderful to work with! She is flexible and will shift her schedule around if we can't meet at our regularly scheduled time. She is willing to work with you individually, but she actually trains my husband and I together and kicks our butts every week! She has innovative exercises and shows ways that you can exercise even when you're traveling/on the go. I highly recommend her services!

Lauren has been so wonderful to work with over the last 4 months! She was very attentive to my post-baby weight loss goals and toning needs. She really took the time to assess my workout limits and continues to push me to them. With having a schedule that changes weekly, Lauren has been so flexible and always finds time to meet with me!
