Introduction: I have been weight lifting since I was 12 years of age. I was a Division I athlete. I have worked in the corporate gym, private gym and done in-home training. I also have a degree in Nutritional Sciences as well as a Fitness Nutritional Specialist certification from NASM. These qualities not only shape the trainer I am today, but give me a "leg up" on other trainers because I also have a nutrition background. Recent studies show that when trying to lose weight, the individual's nutritional habits contribute up to 80% of their success or failure. Nutrition and fitness go hand in hand. I also have minors in psychology and sociology helping me be able to understand how to motivate you as a unique individual. I love the challenge of figuring out how to motivate an individual to achieve his or her specific, individual goals. It helps keep me fresh and motivated myself. Each client I have is unique in their own ways. Whether they are a high school student who is wanting to play their sport in college to a weight lose client who has just had a baby to a client who is trying to improve their golf game, I love the diversity of my job!

I worked with Lauren for several years and got into the best shape of my life. Each workout was different which helped to keep it fun and Lauren was always very motivating. I HIGHLY recommend her!

I first started seeing Lauren as a means of getting back safely into working out after breaking my arm. She made the sessions so fun, yet I would be sore the next day (unlike when I would workout on my own) so I decided to continue! Sessions with her are motivating and power packed, yet the time flies by! I think the most exciting part of my experience with her was fitting into a dress size I never thought possible for me to fit back into... and I could not have done that without her help and support!

Lauren is always on time and well-prepared with a tailored workout plan for me. She is very accommodating with her schedule. She is knowledgeable about diet and exercise. I always have an efficient workout!

I really enjoy having Lauren as my trainer. She is very knowledgeable and creates exercise programs that are aligned with my goals and my abilities...and still challenging me to go to that next level. She is flexible and able to work around my crazy schedule.
