Lloyd Duhon and a staff member were very kind and helpful when I brought my laptop computer in to the store. They called me quickly to tell me that the fan needed replacing and that it could take 2-7 days to get the part in, though it almost never takes that long. I called them after a week and the fan had still not come in. Lloyd Duhon gave me his personal cell number and offered to come in on a Sunday morning to give me my fixed computer, which was above and beyond great customer service. The computer now works fine and the price was reasonable. HOWEVER, they had my computer (which is not old or an oddball make) for 10 days to replace a fan which I think is excessive since I found several dealers online who guaranteed delivery of the same fan in 3 days.

I took in a laptop that was diagnosed with a failed motherboard. They sold me a refurb, transferred the data for the old laptop for a very reasonable price. I am very pleased with the work done.

I am in constant "learning mode" we learn new technologies and techniques each day. My entire business is built around the philosophy of learning and engaging problems every day.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had my first taste of computing on a commodore 64 in the 80s. I have never stopped being a computer geek!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Virus removals, computer clean ups, computer maintenance tasks, network configuration, and server configuration are our most common tasks.
