- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everyone has a unique story. We like to get to know our customers so we can find ways to make technology work for them. If dropping off a computer we ask the customer bring in the system (no power cords please) to our Maplewood location - we are also happy to pickup system provided we have the time (no charge). We prefer to know the version of windows they have, if they have a current backup and if they know what type of anti-virus they have. We have routine checks we do for updates, maintenance, etc.
