Introduction: I review terms and conditions, RFPs, RFQs and RFIs and provide recommendations on all the aforementioned. My services include cost reduction, risk mitigation, contract policies and procedures; contract processes; U.S. government, domestic commercial and international; prepare contractual documentation (letters, MOAs, PIAs, MOUs, NDAs, etc.) and work with supporting functions to improve the likelihood of success.
