My goal is to create with you the space to allow you access to the fullness of yourself in the present moment. There is a you who is ready to come out -- a you who is joyful and healthy and full of vitality and love. Let's take the first step of your journey together. Whether it is a private/small group yoga session you seek or Reiki, I am here and available to help you discover health and happiness in a balanced way. I serve the Greater NJ/NY area, and Reiki sessions are available at a distance as well.
