Kathy has provided many delicious meals for my annual parties. We have always been very pleased. We have recommended her to friends and they also were very pleased. Kathy is easy to work with and I recommend her very highly.

I contacted Kathy through Thumbtack to provide a cooking class for Central Jersey Tri Delta Alumnae Chapter. Seven of us met Chef Kathy at Jersey Girl Cafe in Hamilton, NJ. We assisted Kathy and learned how to make: Tuscan white bean and organic spinach salad, Napoli Chicken, butternut squash rice pilaf and molten chocolate lava cakes. We spent about 2 hours cooking the meal and then enjoyed another hour eating it. Kathy gave great tips on everything from how to use a chef knife to the best way to keep chicken breasts from drying out in the cooking process. Along the way, she gave us information about healthy eating and freshness of vegetables we choose. Kathy has an easy-going personality. Our evening was fun, informative and delicious eating. I would definitely recommend Kathy and all her cooking/catering expertise. I look forward to doing this again sometime.

Chef Kathy was patient, kind, professional, educational, funny, and an excellent teacher. We had an absolute BLAST, learned so much, and enjoyed an amazing meal. I would HIGHLY recommend private lessons with Chef Kathy, without hesitation.

Kathy came to our house to give myself and 3 others cooking instructions and this was also a present for my boyfriends birthday. She came prepared with everything we needed, food, pans, and even recipe booklets. She was so nice and so informative and gave us a lot of food tips. Everything was hands-on. We laughed and enjoyed ourselves through the whole cooking process with Kathy. We made 4 Thai dishes and everything came out so good. The food was outstanding. As we finished dessert we were actually sad it was over! We had such a good time and learned so much we would definitely do it again!
