Introduction: We started out as a single trainer in a very small studio. We had zero investors and zero money. We have expanded our business through old fashioned hard work and dedication. These are still staples in our everyday approach. I LOVE HELPING PEOPLE! Watching people succeed in reaching their goals is one of the most rewarding things you can do as a professional. Josh is an awesome coach. Has worked with my shoulder injury since I started in Nov '14. No matter how many people he has in a class, he will always tailor a workout for you. You will feel a difference right away in the way you feel and progress with the program. Experience for yourself.

Josh takes the time to look at every single one of his students and analyze what he has to do too get them to the next level. I leave every class dripping with sweat and completely hundred percent satisfied with the work I put in. Josh makes sure of that.

I have been fit and active my whole life. This is all I know!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make phone calls, talk to multiple providers, and make an informed decision without looking at the price. Again "Good work isnt cheap and cheap work isnt good".
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We genuinely do care. No matter the money most of us would still do this we 100% want you to succeed!
