Introduction: I create individualized fitness programs based on your fitness level, goals and abilities. We do more than simply work out. My passion is helping others make fitness an integral part of life in order to live healthier and longer. I am selective when it comes to the individuals I work with. Optimum health and fitness is not achieved in a short time with minimal commitment. I like to invest my energy and knowledge in individuals who wish to achieve long term success. We will build a partnership and learn from each other. I am always increasing my own knowledge (currently in a DPT program). I love to instill that in my clients so they may take it with them during their day to day. Because I do not work with large amounts of clients, you can be assured that I am readily available and devoted to working with you to get those gains! The synergy that fitness can create between trainer/client is phenomenal. Being part of someone's growth is the most rewarding aspect of any position. It motivates me to continue to improve.

It is clear that Dan is super driven and he always brought so much energy to our training sessions! I know he is getting his doctorate in Physical Therapy so I was always surprised with how upbeat he was. He is extremely knowledgable about the questions I had and was supportive with the things I needed to improve upon. Added bonus, he shares so much about the body and movement patterns that I'm definitely more aware of how to properly do my workouts and get the most out of them. Dan was always accessible (I ask a LOT of questions!) and continually motivated me to push my limits and help me achieve success. His professional demeanor, passion, and hard work ethic made for a wonderful experience!

Dan is awesome! I have been working out with Dan for roughly 3 months and the results are noticeable. From the beginning Dan has been organized and detailed in reviewing what my personal fitness and health goals are and also with helping me work to achieve those goals. I have worked with other personal trainers in the past and none have done a better job with not only programming workouts but also coaching me through any and all movements that I am unsure of so that I learn proper form and can maximize the benefits of that particular movement. It's been a lot of hard work but I really enjoy working out with Dan (with the exception of burpees and handstands) and I would recommend him to anyone at any level of fitness.

Dan is awesome! I wanted to drop a few pounds and tone up and he told me exactly what to do and even ran with me to keep me motivated. He is getting his doctorate in physical therapy, so he knows a ton about the body too and it's really helpful learning about how muscles work when trying to tone them. I met my goals and kept in shape thanks to Dan. Highly recommend him for any workout goal. He also trained my guy friend who wanted to get buff; who now excitedly flaunts his big (new) biceps. ha!
