- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When it comes to hiring a fitness coach above all else find out if you click together. Let's face it, if you don't like your coach he/she could have every certification under the stars but you won't be motivated to continue. I strongly suggest meeting with any potential coach before shelling out your hard earned money! Ask to try out a few free sessions and go from there.
