Coach Ray is also on staff with Movement Rx and is a great resource for opening up tight shoulders and hips so you can improve your positions for CrossFit, Weightlifting, Gymnastics, sport, or everyday life. The most rewarding part of my work is seeing people grow in strength, mobility, and confidence.

Ray has an amazing eye for detail. I learned a lot of things about my posture and biomechanics that needed help, things that my coaches at a cro$$fit gym had ignored or not been well-educated enough to see. He helped me add almost 10 kilos to my snatch in a very short time and helped my positions in a wide variety of movements. Very flexible hours and a really great, small facility.

Make no mistake, Ray is the real deal. He is incredibly knowledgeable and will push you beyond your mental and physical limits. There's no question that Ray knows exactly how to train you to get the most out of your time 5 stars. A+. Don't even think twice.

Absolutely amazing. I went in with problems with my knees and neck that have bothered me for years after a bad car crash. It didn't happen over night but with the constant help from Ray working on weakness and my health, I am proud to be free from all knee and neck pain! Such a dedicated person to help anyone through any physical ailment or anyone trying to become fitter and healthier! My movement is much better and I now have been taught the ways of becoming fitter inside the gym and outside it!

Ray cares about his clients and their individual needs. He makes you feel like an athlete and pushes you as such...even when you feel like the furthest thing from one. He knows that fears in the gym are directly related to our fears in life and helps you overcome.

In the month I've been working with Ray he's taken the time to explain the "why" behind each movement and to help me figure out what weight is healthy for me to move with the limitations I have. He always answers questions thoughtfully and with real knowledge (not the "I think" bs you'd get at a big box gym) and his sense of humor serves as a great encouragement when you're struggling through a tough workout. I told him the other day "You're really good at telling people what they're bad at." and it's true in the best way possible. Ray will help you get in shape, move better, think about why you should move better, and you'll laugh at least once.
