Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Be sure that there are no agency fees to make, change or cancel your trip and that all the billing is done by the travel supplier (ex: Royal Caribbean, Apple Vacations etc...) and not by the agency.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. That the earlier you book the better off you are. By booking a last minute cruise or land vacation any savings will quickly disappear in the cost of purchasing last minute airfare and you may not get exactly what you wanted. Book early get the best price and then all you have to worry about is packing.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Will I be able to talk with you every time I call your agency? Do you have any accreditations or certifications? Are you licensed and insured? Do you respond to emails and voice messages promptly?
