- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$25.00 per hr per person with a 1hr minimum & generally a team of 2 girls are sent to perform your cleaning services 3 if the job is a rather large job to be done. Cancellations must be made 24 hrs in advance otherwise you will be charged a $25.00 fee. Time is money. Payment must be made by cash or money order at time of or upon finishing services unless agreed upon in a written contract signed by myself & you the client. For jobs that are bidded to take 4 or more hrs a $50.00 refundable/non-refundable deposit is required. Upon job completion the $50.00 will be deducted from your total bill. The deposit is deemed as non-refundable due to the fact if a time consuming job is booked at 4 or more hrs chances are it will be an only job booked for the work day. The only way your deposit will be returned is if a cancelation is made 48 hrs in advance giving ample time to book other job(s) in place of. No hidden fees & no sudden price increase without client notification in a time sufficient manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to perform a proper in home clean. Just a little bit of time proper cleaning supplies & a little bit of elbow grease.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Just went for it one day. Helped out a friend as a fill-in for a couple months & just really enjoyed it.
