I really get to know the client's strengths and what we need to work on. Looking for their tight spots and be able to bring them much more flexibility and openness in those areas. I love yoga and love movement in general - dance, boxing, swimming....Yoga allows me to relax and does the same for everyone. Who doesn't need more relaxation in their life?!
