- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Chef Darrin has been in the business since he was 16. The kitchen and all of its chaos and joy is where he is most comfortable. Chef Jeanine transitioned from the 9-5 "grind" type of job to pursue her passion for food. After studying in Austin, TX for a few years, she returned to the Midwest and is now partnered with Chef Darrin.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that you enjoy your chef's personality. The food will taste better if you have a connection and can tell that the chef is cooking with love.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We have experience catering and doing personal chef work around the USA, the Caribbean and Central America.
