Introduction: I am a dog education trainer.
I am also a dog walker.

I use positive reinforcement methods in training basic commands and behavior modifications. Also work with scared dogs, sound sensitive dogs, aggressive dogs and some of the common issues are lunging at humans or other dogs, potty training, crate training, barking, separation anxiety, anything you can think of. I am here to help. A lot of times in dog training it's just a matter of learning how to communicate to our dogs what we want and learning how to understand what they are really trying to communicate to us. Creating a routine that works and sticking to it. It's not always an overnight fix but taking the right steps in the right direction is a great start and eventually, in my experience, everything works out.

Karen is an awesome dog trainer. First off, she's very reliable and flexible. The amount of energy, knowledge and genuine caring for my dog Bolan that she brought to the training sessions was phenomenal. She made me aware of my tendency to let the dog lead and provided me with great exercises to help me gain more assertiveness, and start to create the behavior and interaction I was hoping for with Bolan. It was obvious in the few minutes that she has a way with dogs. She truly wants to help them do well.

Karen is a superb dog trainer. My dog had issues with guarding inside the house and if I was standing outside talking with someone. Karen was able to give me the tools that I needed and the training for my dog, which helped to overcome these issue. You can tell by the way Karen interacts wih the dogs that she really cares about them. I highly recommend her.

Had a great time getting to know Karen. Shes very open to all sorts of training and is really great at observing dogs/peoples behavior from a neutral perspective which allows her to isolate which methods will engage the dog and owner the best. Aside from thats shes very friendly and fun to hang out with, our time goes by quick! I'd recommend Karen to anyone looking for some training or to build a stronger bond between dogs and owners.

karen was a godsend cant thank her enough, she is a natural with dogs she helped me build the confidence i needed to be the owner of a pitbull. she gave me all the basic skills i needed and a few extras, she even gave the neighbors kids a little lesson on how to interact with blue my pup. love love love karen highly recommend her
