Introduction: While I'd had many great experiences as a yoga student in Chicago, I really couldn't seem to find a class that understood the way larger bodies move and at the same time provide a tough and challenging workout. Seven years later, I decided that it was time to change that. In December 2012, I began a journey into self discovery and body acceptance. In November 2013, I graduated from Curvy Yoga and became a registered yoga teacher.
