This company is the fastest plumbing company I have dealt with since moving to Henry county. Quickly returned my call & was at my home to give an estimate within the hour. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers call us to repair a plumbing problem or get a free estimate. We come out & write up an estimate and are usually hired on the spot. Sometimes not. After shopping around, they'll call us back, because we'll beat any estimate. Be careful doing this with other companies, because they charge service fees and will not give free estimates!
