- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A company that is legal, has and inspected kitchen, and staff that is certified in our trade. Don't hire someone that works out of there home. There kitchen is not inspected, and they don't have the proper heating, cooling and freezing to put out the best products. There is a reason why most of them have lessor pricing on there food and services. Don't hire a Catering company that does not have a legal business address and you haven't seen there establishment.
