Our experience with DC Tile was absolutely fantastic. The total cost of the project was extremely competitive (in fact, DC Tile's estimate was so affordable that we were able to choose a more luxurious tile than we'd originally been considering). Projected to take a little over a week, the job of installing floor tiles and tile baseboard throughout our entire 1300 sq ft home was completed a day early. The owner, Donato, runs a truly professional operation. He and his crew arrived when they said they'd arrive each morning. He kept us informed of each day's progress and how the overall job schedule was looking. He was always reachable by phone or text or email and responded quickly. Donato and his men are all genuinely nice, trustworthy people and we were totally comfortable having them in our home. Donato did everything he could to keep us as inconvenienced as possible since we had to remain in the house (with a number of dogs) while the work was being done. Not an easy feat when we were in their way all day long and our house was completely furnished -- which meant every piece of furniture had to be shuffled around and at least one bathroom had to remain available at all times. But most importantly, the tile installation was impeccable -- our floors are gorgeous thanks to the first rate quality work throughout. Donato and his team know what they're doing. We witnessed the whole operation from beginning to end and observed nothing but thoughtful, meticulous work with a very clear concept of the overall project and of what we wanted. Their strong work ethic and genuine desire to please the customer is really apparent. Donato should be very proud of the reputation he's building with DC Tile because it's well-earned and we can't speak highly enough of them. We 100% recommend DC Tile.

DC tile installed granite countertops and a backsplash in my kitchen.. Excite the job! Recently, DC tile installed 300 sq. ft of tile in my den. The job was difficult because the original floor was uneven and they had to add concrete to level the floor... We are very happy with their work! I have recommended this tile company to friends and family and I will have DC tile redo my bathroom in the future.

I have done multiple tile projects on multiple houses. I honestly believe DC tile is the worst I have ever used. I am so unsatisfied with the quality of work I received and payed for, I am thinking about taking him to court. If you want a professional job, do not us DC tile. I will let the pictures speak for them selfs.

We had an front door area 5'x 6' we wanted to put down slate tile,Donato was very helpful and very prompt to do this job.He finished the job within a day and a half. My wife and I were so impressed with the job he did, it was just what we described to him.Outstanding quality, good priced!!

Honest, hardworking and came in on time. Donato tiled around the tub and laid new tile floor in the guest bathroom. It was a small job and we had a hard time finding someone to even come look. Donato showed up on time everyday throughout and finished faster than projected. We couldn't be happier with his work! We will definitely be calling him if ever need another tile job done!

definitley research products, installation methods. However, it seems the old methods of installing are still the most tried and true, in my opinion.

Been around the trade many years, enjoy the process of tiling, as well as my personal process from simple labor helper to business owner
