Introduction: I am a full-time and love what I do. In the end, passion shines through. I bring 25+ years of DJ experience to the job and my music catalog reflects this. I enjoy working closely with the client to make sure the music and playlists for different parts of the wedding are dialed in (ceremony, cocktail, dinner and dancing require a range of moods and styles). It's your party and I want the music to be about what you like and want (and of course, what your friends and family like too). I bring a high-end sound system and a top quality cordless mic to every gig. I mix the tunes smoothly like a seasoned professional. Some DJs don't know how to mix and blend...they just fade in and out or use the mic during transitions. Be aware of this. And this is where the pros separate from the amateurs. Sean "DJ Seven" Evans is an amazing DJ. You can tell within minutes of talking to him how much passion he has for djing and music. I've worked with DJ Seven on several happy hours and parties that I've organized and each time my guests left telling me they loved his music. He is so good at reading the crowd in terms of the type of music to play and also how to mix in song requests he gets throughout the night. The company I work for Bay Equity hired him for our holiday party in 2012 and he was a huge hit! He had everybody dancing all night - including the father of our CEO! DJ Seven has his own sound equipment so that was helpful not to have to hire an additional vendor.
