Introduction: I limit my case load in order to keep my practice small and manageable. I have a nearly 100% success rate with ADR settlement negotiations in family law matters; I have litigated over thirty felony jury trials (including DUI, white collar and homicide) and multiple complex and high conflict family law cases that also involve a criminal component. My skills and experiences in both criminal defense and prosecution have proven invaluable assets in family law litigation as well. I love helping clients achieve resolution and relief; I am particularly gifted at negotiation and enjoy the challenge of reducing complex litigation to particular salient points.

Kerrie Droban represented me in 2012 in filing for divorce. She fully explained what would take place legally with the type of divorce representation the was needed. My divorce was non-hostile and the division of property, child support, and parenting time was explained to me in detail by Kerrie. She encouraged me to advise my husband to seek legal counsel so that he was comfortable with the legal advice she was giving to me and so that he would have a full understanding of his rights. I was impressed with the time she gave me to outline what information was needed prior to filing. She was very familiar with legal procedures involving the separation of property and division of cash and retirement funds, as well as working out a joint custody parenting plan for our children. The qualities of her service that most stood out was that Ms. Droban followed through with everything that was scheduled to be done, she stayed in constant contact and was prompt in returning calls and inquiries. Divorce can be emotional and painful. Ms. Droban made the process as painless as possible and counseled me with resources that could assist me in getting back into the workforce. Kerrie Droban is one lady in my life I will never forget. She was there for me at one of the worst times in my life. My divorce was ugly and nasty, to say the very least. Kerrie kept me grounded and focused at times when I was so emotionally and physically drained, and when I felt I just couldn't take anymore.
