FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing model is simple: I price by the project (fixed quote, in advance), by the page or by the hour (minimum of 10 hours).

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

It evolved, out of sheer necessity. In 1989, I co-founded an investment firm & we had many Harvard MBA types working for us. I discovered that, almost without exception, they were deficient in their written presentations. Because I am trained as a research analyst & my name was on every document originated by the firm, I began the systematic editorial & redrafting process. Years later, after I retired from the investment world, I continued on as a senior writer, editor & researcher, which had become my new passion.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Most frequently, I am contacted by prospective clients to draft business-related documents, because this is the field in which I am most recognized. However, because of my universal skill set, I have branched out into several other fields, such as advanced academia & fictional genre, where specialty writing, editing, proofreading & research are essential elements of any undertaking.
