Introduction
In 2005, after the skiing accident, Dagmar discovered yoga after her doctor's recommendation. After exploring different styles of yoga, she completed her 200-hour teacher training at a New York yoga center.
Dagmar believes that yoga practice can help one achieve focus and clarity, open the heart, calm the mind and raise physical body awareness.
