- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I travel the world, and work with individual groups based upon their budget and my schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send potential clients a quote and ask them to visit my website and call me. I learn as much about their organization, and goals for the event as I can. I design a customized talk around each client desired outcome for the event. If I don't feel I am the best fit for their event, I tell them. If they decide to move forward I send them a basic letter of understanding and ask them to sign it and send me 1/2 my fee up front and the other 1/2 is due immediately after my talk is over. Ultimately my goal is to make a difference and develop a long-term business relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am just small town Kentucky kid from a little town called Stamping Ground (population 400) to a successful employee, then business owner and entrepreneur who see's people and organizations for want they can become.
