We provide damage restoration and remodeling services in and around the Toledo area. We are insured and licensed in the city of Toledo and by the state of Michigan. Most cities, and the state of Ohio itself, do not require a license. We specialize in fire and water damage repair, home remodeling and custom carpentry. The sizes of our jobs range from whole home damage restoration to simple kitchen and bathroom updating and everything in between. Our customers love our attention to detail and personal service. Rich has done remodeling work for us on two separate occasions. The first was our home in Toledo where he remodeled our kitchen and did an excellent job. His work was high quality, completed in a timely manner, and the cost was quite reasonable. We were so satisfied with his work that when we moved to our new home in Tiffin, Ohio, we asked Rich if he would be willing to travel to Tiffin to again remodel our kitchen, and also install new flooring. Fortunately, he was able to do this for us. Again, the quality of his work was excellent and the cost was reasonable. Rich tends to go the extra step to ensure quality and satisfaction. We have recommended him to friends, and if we have remodeling and/or repair needs in the future, he will be our "go-to" person.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Getting the lowest price is not always the best deal. Some contractors will give you a very low price to get themselves in the door and then add on surprise charges throughout the job. Sometimes problems arise and charges must be added but a good contractor will alert you of that possibility up front. Ask them to clarify what all is included before the job starts. They should provide you with a written estimate.
