Introduction: With 5 years of I.T. experience, I have working knowledge from fixing handheld devices to supporting and troubleshooting enterprise systems and software such as SAP. My experience includes a B.S. degree in management information systems, an A.S. degree in computer network engineering, a computer repair technician diploma, and three CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+ and Security+). I am strong in Microsoft and very familiar with their products, ranging from Windows XP to Windows 8, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access. I also posses strong knowledge of Microsoft Server environments dealing with Active Directory, Exchange, and SQL.
