Dance & Gyrotonic & Gyrokinesis

Introduction: I teach movement to all ages, from 18 months creative movement classes to adults and seniors gyrotonic expansion system to create better body alignment, stretch, develop long lean muscles and alleviate pain in any part of the body, especially in the back. My rates are the following: * First time $50 introductory private session with gyrotonic machines in the lower east side (as seen in pictures). * First time $40 gyrokinesis (any empty space with a mat and stool) private session. * Sessions are 1 hour. You may request for 90 mins or 2-hour sessions and rates increase proportionately. * $80 per private session is the regular rate, but $700 for 10 private package is available.
