Introduction

I am really interested in learning as much as I can by those with more experience, those master teachers. I think it shows, as I am always coming up with new and interesting things. I like to keep my workouts smart and interesting. I work hard to get you in the proper form, as form follows function. I also have a vast knowledge about nutrition and health. With all that being said, let's have fun while we work! I love the connection you gain with another person, especially when they break through a milestone or reach a goal. It's very rewarding. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge more if you are farther from me. I have to take into consideration the time of day too. If i'm sitting in rush hour traffic, I am losing money.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, just went to the IDEA Convention in Anaheim to get more CEC credits for my certifications.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I want to make this America a healthier place.
