Introduction: I am really interested in learning as much as I can by those with more experience, those master teachers. I think it shows, as I am always coming up with new and interesting things. I like to keep my workouts smart and interesting. I work hard to get you in the proper form, as form follows function. I also have a vast knowledge about nutrition and health. With all that being said, let's have fun while we work! I love the connection you gain with another person, especially when they break through a milestone or reach a goal. It's very rewarding.
