FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you're doing New construction, we can set pricing right up front and stick to it. Only times there's an issue, is if your inspectors demand changes / upgrades during the job or increase your permit fees, both of which we have zero control over. If you're doing a renovation, re-wire, etc, you'll be charged on a per man/per hour basis, plus cost of hardware.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to you, to physically review your project, in order to make the right recommendations. We can then give you an estimate on site, or email a more accurate estimate to you. NO charge for us to come to you in Monmouth & Ocean Counties, NJ.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education is constant. Myself and my techs are always involved in both online training as well as classroom training every year. I spend a great deal of time researching new products, often if I see something I feel would be a benefit to our clients, I'll purchase one, and give it to the next client in need...FREE. Asking only for their input and evaluation in trade for the cost of the product. We've done this numerous times and it's a great way to learn and offer some cool new tech to our clients.
