The advice I would offer customers looking to hire a property manager is to have an in-depth conversation with your potential manager before making a decision. Some companies offer things that others may not, some may be bigger than others, and some may have less experience in managing and customer relations. These are all important things in the property management industry and you want to be sure that your manager is going to offer the best service.
