- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a wide variety of prices depending on the package you choose. We offer 30 minute and 1 hour sessessions in private and semi private settings. These packages come in 12 month, 6 month, 3 month, and month to month. We offer discounts for longer contracts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer 2 free sessions to let new customers see how we can help but to also give us a chance to learn about the customer so that we can create a program that fits best for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our trainers are all certified personal trainers and do monthly continuing education classes to stay up to date with fitness and its ever changing nature.
