FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients may purchase either 12, 24, or 36 one-hour sessions. If training for 30-minutes is best for you, then those session numbers double. Prices decrease as the number of sessions purchased increases - ranging from $50-$60 per hour for in-studio training. There are also three nutritional coaching packages available to you, details of which may be found on my website.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am required to obtain 20 hours of Continuing Educational Credits per year in order to maintain my certification.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
If we listen, life has a way of teaching us who we really are and how we can BEST serve others professionally and be fulfilled while doing it. Sometimes great personal and/or professional loss can lead to greater gain if we're patient and work hard! To put it another way...I found my true calling in the fitness industry after learning to care for family and friends who I eventually lost to devastating illnesses. My personality is one of a "caretaker".
