- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to sit down with you and find out your physical goals as well as what drives you. I start off with nutrition advice and finding out your habits. Then we do a fitness assessment to see your current fitness level and then design a program to reach your goals based on your fitness level and goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in exercise physiology. I have worked at the YMCA as a fitness instructor for over a year. I am also the Assistant Training Director at LA Fitness in Ballantyne.
