- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are complimentary to you. Though, I ask if you must cancel, to please give respect where it is due, and cancel within 24hrs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I look past the simple things. Problems are simple. Causes are not so simple. I find the cause of the problem and the true setback in order to solve the issue at hand or avoid it all together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yearly. All of my work is diligent, because all of my training is diligent. I can't spread information that I don't know, and sleep at night. I am real, and my results are real.
