- What types of customers have you worked with?
For sellers, I perform dynamic market evaluations weekly to show supply and demand for their home category. I list in FMLS, GA MLS, Realtor.com and nationally syndicated websites. I charge a total of 4.12% listing commission for full service sales management of my listings. For buyers, I create an online profile that sends them new listings as soon as they hit the MLS. I REBATE 50% of the sales commission at closing and prefer not to work with buyers whose budget is under under $180,000.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
For sellers, have a general plan of where you are moving to if your home sells quickly. For buyers, get a pre-qual letter for the maximum you want to spend, before you start looking and before you call an agent.
