On 10/31/15, I had the honor and privilege to have Lindsey lead a guided meditation for my bridesmaids and myself on the morning of my wedding! What a wonderful way to start the day! I was so nervous that I would go through my entire wedding day and never feel truly "present" or able to enjoy each moment! I'm happy to report.....that is not how the day went! We met at 8am in my bridal suite. Lindsey had the ambiance of the room perfect......low lighting and a wonderful scent in the air. A few of us in the group have practiced meditation before, but there were some newbies as well. Lindsey let everyone know just what to expect. As Lindsey led us through the meditation she also incorporated essential oils. I absolutely loved this part. It brought the meditation to the next level for me. The pace of the meditation was perfect and her voice was very soothing. It was very easy to follow along and really feel myself relax. Lindsey tailored the meditation to be a perfect fit for a crazy bride (and amazing bridesmaids) on the morning of her wedding. I don't remember how long the meditation was, but the timing seemed just right. I came out of the session feeling present and ready to experience each part of the big day ahead. As it turns out, the day was just perfect. I highly recommend Lindsey. She helped me so much on a day of high stress and high expectations. Imagine what she could do for you on a regular day? Or your big day perhaps?!

My work with Lindsey was life-changing. The 8-week meditation program really opened my eyes to how much I was actually missing out on. I looked forward to each and every conversation. Lindsey exudes such a soothing and warm demeanor. As a result of this work, I am officially a meditator! (yay!) I am much more aware of my thoughts and I am also aware of the judgment of my thoughts. I am more keenly aware of the feelings in my body and I can describe them in much more detail than I have ever been able to describe them because my awareness is more refined. I am less quick to jump into an emotional discussion and I practice more self-control. I am more present to my clients and I am able to listen with curiosity. Before this program and lifestyle, I allowed my thoughts to drift my focus away from conversations, and now I am able to become aware of the thoughts and refocus. I have developed a new relationship with pain in my body, with food, with walking, with breathing. I HIGHLY recommend this program!
