He has helped my clients and me by setting up our websites and configuring all the web functionality that we need. From simple websites to intricate ones including sign-ups for events and classes, linking to payment gateways, rotating graphics, complete analytics, email and more Don has delivered much appreciated, professional solutions. He is extremely knowledgeable and many times when I contacted him with an issue that I wanted changed he would not only fix that issue but create an even better solution! Don continually works to provide the best service and web environment for his clients as well. Our fees with Don are flat fees which means that we do not have extra charges tacked on even when we have many website changes and updates. He works diligently along during months of high work and low work alike. In the event of a major change or project he would inform us ahead of time and give us an estimate before he proceeded. Since five years ago when Don Titus's company, Dokati Interactive, designed my website, I have continued to use his company to service my website.
