- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We build a plan and budget based on understanding the customer's needs and current assets. Our minimum to engage a client generally is around $1,500/month (10 hours). We find that any less than that and it's not likely we'll be able to get enough done to substantially help the business achieve success. In addition, we don't take work with the client unless we believe we can at least double the revenue of the business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With each customer, we discuss your business model, goals, and assets. We learn about the business and it's target customers, the average price per sale, how frequently customers buy, etc. and build a budget and a funnel model for the marketing process to ensure you can make money by investing in marketing. Then, based on this budget, we build a plan to drive that marketing funnel that consists of both lead generation and lead nurturing systems, leveraging what you have to keep costs as low as possible. Once the system is built and executing, we regularly review the system's metrics and success with you, customizing and split testing the system until we believe it's performing optimally. Then, we expand to new marketing efforts, to create scale, using the same methodology.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's degree in Statistics from the University of Texas, with a Batchelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Oklahoma. I've spent more than 10 years running marketing at VC-funded startups--raising more than 50 million, and returning on average over 4X to my investors. I've successfully run a digital agency/software business myself for more than 10 years.
