Introduction: As a massage therapist I bring to the table a wide variety of techniques so each session is uniquely customizes specifically for you. I am skilled in a very deep and therapeutic massage called Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy, where I use my feet as well as hands. I am able to get beyond the superficial muscles and help bring lasting relief to your muscles and body. I have also found myself being drawn to working with the pregnant community. I saw the amazing benefits of massage throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum and soon found myself attending births as a doula and midwife. I use my skills as a massage therapist to help make pregnancy, labor, and postpartum as manageable as possible. I also recently gave birth to my first child in April 2013. Receiving regular massage allowed me to continue to work full time throughout my pregnancy. Massage kept my body feeling great and mobile, with very little aches and pains usually associated with pregnancy. I also received massage after the birth which I believe helped in my speedy recovery. I can work with your specific needs, whether you are in need of pain relief, relaxation or deep tissue.
