My daughter, has been training at the dungeon for over 3 years now.G.R. is totally dedicated in the success of young athletes. He is a wonderful motivator and makes the workout fun. The Dungeon was an instrumental part in my daughter's success in basketball and track. Her confidence, strength and positive attitude are just a few things Makala gained by going to The Dungeon. I am proud to say that my beautiful daughter just committed to University of North Dakota for Track and Field. She is a shot put and discus thrower. Thank you Dungeon family for all you have done!!!! G.R., thank you for all your hard work and time, you are truly AMAZING !! If you want results, go to the people who can give them to you, The Dungeon Family.

Been working with G.R. and the Dungeon for just over 5 months. So far, I'm down 112# -- and have gone from being 'sick, fat, and nearly dead' -- to finishing two Warrior Dash Obstacle courses! I'm also enjoying a new found 'lease on life' with my wife and son! HARD WORK. No nonsense. But results? Absolute, and long lasting. Great coaching, camaraderie, and systems! Just signed my wife up today as well! Go go go!

He provides a safe, clean and fun environment to get down to the business of fitness in. He comes up with new workouts every time. They only thing truly perdicitible is our warm ups and some of the moves. Its fun, energizing and refreshing

The best fitness class I've ever tried-- Fun, challenging workouts that are constantly changing, supportive atmosphere (when you join the Dungeon, you join the Dungeon family), and G.R. is a great motivator who meets you where you are and helps you achieve and exceed your goals. Highly recommend!

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We offer a few core programs at Dungeon Strength & Conditioning, but the bottom line is that we take our people by the hand, put them on our back, and carry them to whatever their personal finish line is, victorious. For more information on our specific programs, please visit our website or give us a call.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Here are a few questions you should have answered before making any decisions on a trainer for yourself or your family. Does your provider speak your language? Can they explain their recommendations in terms you understand or are you being "fast-talked" into something you don't need? If you don't understand the "why" behind something your provider is recommending, ask them to explain it. If they can't do so and have you feel 100% comfortable with whatever decision you make, it probably isn't a great fit. What kind of results have others in a similar situation experienced with your prospective provider, what kind of examples do they have? Are you backed by any sort of refund/guarantee? Will your program be individualized for you or will you be a part of a "cookie cutter" program and thrown to the masses? What kind of individual attention will you receive? (heck, do they know each and ever member's name? What happens if you aren't able to perform certain movements? What kind of support do they offer outside of the gym? The bottom line is that you should feel 100% comfortable and THRILLED with your decision to join a program or hire a trainer. If you can't trust the person sitting across the table from you while you're pulling out your wallet, you should probably put it back in your pocket.
