I needed to find someone to clean my 90 year old mother's apartment. Cynthia was 1 of 3 companies to respond. Her close location to my mother along with very reasonable pricing made her a top choice. After several emails back and forth (very timely responses) I told her I would have my mother call her which she did. My mother has had several people clean for her over her long life and she was thrilled with Cynthia. Very professional on the phone and in person. Very thorough in her cleaning and to top it off, Cynthia sent my mom a note thanking her for the opportunity. Needless to say, my mother has lined her up to clean again and I'm sure will recommend her.
