Introduction: Landscape photography was my first love back in 2008. Eventually, I began gaining portraiture experience in high school. Working under a couple of reputable portrait photographers as a second shooter, post-processor, and/or lighting assistant. As I've continued to develop my skills over the years, my clientele now mainly consists of artists and models, focused on bringing a fresh and unique view to editorials and/or cover art. My fiance, Clinton and I just have gotten our Engagement Photos done by Katelyn and she was amazing! Clinton is a big goofball (one of the many reasons I love him) and during the photo shoot he rarely stayed serious. However, Katelyn managed to capture is personality and relationship on picture! I loved her service and pictures! She is very creative and fun to work with and I can't wait for her to do the photography at our wedding!

Katelyn was very professional and listened to our needs (we didn't want too many posed photos ...just candids of the wedding reception at our home). The only improvement I would have made would have been to have more of the guests represented in the photos. There were some guests that weren't represented. However the photos were lovely and very pleased!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As of now I am enrolled in the online Professional Photography class at the New York Institute of Photography. Once I finish the class I will hold a certificate from the #1 photography school in the world *shivers with excitement*. Along with that I am continuously surfing the web, looking for books, magazines, videos, brochures, tips, e-mail subscriptions - anything I can read up on or practice in order to continue to grow in this field.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs I receive are those of Wedding or Engagement. Having the opportunity to capture such a beautiful moment in one's life is a very humbling experience.
