Introduction: Since 2006 I have helped individuals of the trisate achieve their goals using customized workouts backed by science. I am certified by the NASM, and I have 10000+ hours of hands on training at several Rehab and Sports Medicine Clinics. I primarily make home visits to working professionals who want to get into (and stay in) their best shape so they may stay on their path of excellence.
