After making several calls to attorneys in the Pittsburgh area without much luck, I was given Mr. Townsend's number by a friend. The primary problem that I encountered was the combination of a hectic work schedule and living out of state limiting my travel options (most attorneys weren't willing to represent me without my traveling to PA). Mr. Townsend handled everything expertly, promptly and courteously and I didn't have to make a single trip to PA to have my legal issue resolved. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

Attorney Townsend defended me on a case four years ago in the Harrisburg area, Dauphin County. The trial lasted four days, with a verdict of not guilty. Attorney Townsend was very diligently in researching all of the evidence, and planned the defense strategic. I believe if it was not for the hard work and time that Attorney Townsend put into this case, the outcome would have been a lot different.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You should always feel comfortable with whomever you hire. Make sure you talk to the attorney and get a feel for the kind of person he/she is before putting your life it their hands. You only have one opportunity to get it right; don't make a decision in hast or based solely on price.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I don't take every case that comes through my door. If I cannot provide the client with 100% of my time, I can't take the case. This philosophy sounds simple, but I see attorneys over extending their practice every day.
