Coaching with Eileen provides: - An experienced, ICF certified personal coach who develops a deep understanding of her client's goals, needs and opportunities in the context of key business objectives and personal growth. - A confidential and customized coaching plan for each client in which we collaboratively define core challenges, discover and leverage strengths, mediate shortcomings, and adapt new behaviors to enhance and improve quality of life and personal performance. - A clear development plan that is mutually devised and tracked using key development objectives. - Practical tools, role play, timely feedback and reinforcement, and interviews with organizational sponsors (where necessary) to ensure an accurate picture of the issues facing the organization. - Ongoing support and focus through intensive one-on-one sessions, telephonic and e-mail touch points, and clear recommendations and debriefs.
