Joe responed to my request immediately and arranged to come by to give estimate. I need electrical wiring in soffits above kitchen cabinets moved, outlets replaced, light boxrs relocated and switches added. He was professional and honest in his description of how work would be prefomed and completed work quickly at a very reasonable price and cleaned up after. I had gotten a previous quote from a large "reputable" company and the tech was dishonest about the complexity of the work and quoted me an amount that was ridiculous. I fully intend to use Galaxy Electrical for all my future electrical needs and will recommend Joe to all my associates.

Update: First I want to say thank you for all the referrals you have sent my way. :-)) Brandy called me back out last week to check out another electrical issue in her home. I was really glad we discovered this bevore it has gotten out of hand. One of her outlets was overloaded due to two window units AC running upstairs. This circuit was way overloaded. As a thank you for all the referrals I fixed her electrical issues free of charge. Also recommended a dear friend of mine to get the root of the problem fixed "the AC" Brandy has been a great customer thru the years and I am truly thankful for all her recommendations.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $125 for the service call if we can fix the problem while on site within the first hour (Parts and material additional charge) If we happen to discover a major issue and you are unable to get it fixed at this time, we only charge $45 for diagnosing the issue at hand.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet look at the project. This way there are no misunderstandings. I give you a price and that's it. No change orders add on cost or any other loop hole.
