- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $125 for the service call if we can fix the problem while on site within the first hour (Parts and material additional charge) If we happen to discover a major issue and you are unable to get it fixed at this time, we only charge $45 for diagnosing the issue at hand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet look at the project. This way there are no misunderstandings. I give you a price and that's it. No change orders add on cost or any other loop hole.
