FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The average client at Body Focus Fitness and Performance is a person just like you. A person who wakes up one day and realizes that they haven't paid proper attention to their health and fitness and that they have "let themselves go". We teach that person how to incorporate proper nutrition and exercise principles into their lives so that they regain that which they have lost, and that they may accomplish more that they can imagine in the future.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The first three things to look for when choosing a trainer are: education, certification and experience. If a trainer possesses these three things then it is likely that they will have at least a basic competency level. But beyond that it is important that your trainer provide a client focused experience. Too many trainers out there are trying to mold every client into a predetermined image of what they think represents fitness when the truth is that there are many different destinations one may reach on their fitness journey. The best trainers out there work with each client to figure out the path and destination that best suits the individual.
