Introduction: Hi there, I hope your day is going great! I appreciate you taking the time to put thought and intent into your personal fitness, we take personal training and our client goals very seriously and it means a lot when we see clients do this as well! Ok real quick, if you don't mind me asking, can you give me some mores specifics on fitness goals? for example: is there a certain amount of weight you are trying to lose, muscle you are trying to gain, or is it more of a look you are going for? Elite training is a national brand and is considered to be San Diego’s premiere training gym. What set’s Elite apart is our level trainers, our exclusive facilities, our high level of training and out budget friendly pricing. We have 50 trainers who apply here per month which give us the ability to be very selective about which ones we hire. We keep our lockers, bathrooms and showers pristine and have towel service, filtered water and a 100% training exclusive atmosphere. 80% of our clientele are business professionals looking to incorporate training and fitness into a program that equals lifestyle transformation! Here are some more details about our program and pricing etc. We like everything to be as straightforward as possible. I include everything and build you a whole fitness program: nutrition program a cardio or weights program to do outside of your session a flexibility and stretching program and your sessions, which are customized to your specific goals In regards to cost, we charge much less than most gyms: our prices per session are on average 37.5-50/session, the sessions are travel safe, so if you never lose sessions if you need to travel for work or business. I also offer a free first session/assessment, where we give you a free workout, gym tour, nutrition tips, fitness assessment etc. I included some before/after pictures of some of our clients on my profile, so you could see some results. My husband and I started working out at Elite Training few months ago, and it has been such a great experience. Our personal trainer Lydia is very knowledgeable, highly motivating, always positive and uplifting. She is always challenging you and pushes you to perform at your best and achieve your fitness goals. Lydia truly cares about getting you healthy and has knowledge about diet and overall health. We both are grateful for the work she does with us, and highly recommend her as a personal trainer.

First of all, Elite Training is incredibly superb.This gym organized, well-equipped, and staffed with exceptional trainers!I cannot say enough good things about this gym, its clean, the trainers are very professional, and everyone is very friendly, from the trainers to the members.Dont be fooled by the size. I love training here! Its small but they have enough gear and equipment to train a small army. This gym certainly has everything you could possibly need and combined with customized training is nothing short of incredible.Ben is the real deal! He makes working out fun even when we do challenging work! Having already been very athletic and active, I needed to get off a fitness plateau and kick it into high gear. Since Ben started training me, Ive already dropped my body fat percentage by a whopping 6%! Im healthier, happier, and much stronger. Now I can jump higher, run faster, hit harder, and play longer. All the trainers make their clients feel comfortable and provide expert guidance to help meet their goals. Absolutely recommend joining if youre on the fence about it! As I progress I feel more confident and determined to keep pushing the limits of what my mind & body can do!

Ben is great to work with. He is professional and very easy to talk to. He was very willing to work with my unusual financial circumstances which no one else was willing to do. This is a great gym and each time I go there, it seems they have acquired new equipment to help you achieve your goals. Very low key and soothing atmosphere to work out in. I am with Trainer Joe and get along with his different way of training and incorporating the aspects of a hard workout with the importance of using isometric type of exercises to eliminate the day after soreness that usually comes with an intense workout session.

Realizing I needed a higher level of accountability in regards to my fitness I signed up with Elite Training in September, and I haven't regretted it for a second! My trainer, Michaela, is fantastic. She's enthusiastic, motivating, and is working with me to help me obtain my goals. It's slow going (for me), but I know that with Elite Training and Michaela I'll get there!

We set up a free first session/assessment, where we give you a free work, body assesment and some nutrition tips etc. so you can try us out (if you like it great, if not, you get a workout etc. free) no hassle.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ACE PT Cert, Gold's PT Cert, 10 years training
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check their certifications to make you they have at least 2 credible and current certifications from NASM, ACE or ISSA. Also make sure if you have an injury that they have their corrective certification.
