Introduction: We take pride at Elwoods in the fact that we have no freezers! All of our sides are made fresh from scratch, in house. Our meats are smoked daily to order, also in house. We source many of our ingredients locally whenever possible. Being the owner of the restaurant, I take pride in the quality and creativity of the food and service we offer, both in store and out of the store. I also enjoy the pride in our product from all of our employees. But most importantly, I love seeing satisfied customers who consistently tell us we have the best BBQ in Charlotte!
